Valon has taken over the commercial and technical property management for five logistics properties in the Clarion Partners Europe fund as of July 1, 2023. The package includes a 123,360 sqm logistics property in Hückelhoven, a 46,358 sqm logistics property in Waldlaubersheim, a 45,198 sqm logistics property in Hamm, a logistics property in Linsengericht near Frankfurt and a 15,059 sqm logistics property in Schwäbisch Gmünd. All properties are leased long-term to well-known logistics service providers. Valon thus expands its mandate with Clarion Partners Europe to seven properties. Valon and Clarion Partners Europe have been working together for more than nine years. Numerous properties have been optimized and successfully exited. In the course of the mandate expansion, Valon will establish an exclusive client team for Clarion Partners Europe and thus ensure the greatest possible proximity to the client. A further expansion of the cooperation in Germany is planned. With the takeover of this mandate, Valon will manage a total of almost 1.2 million m² of logistics space.
