Valon is a dynamic real estate company in the European real estate market with a comprehensive and integrated solution for commercial real estate investments. With our full Real Estate Management platform, we simplify processes, reduce the number of service providers required, take full responsibility along the real esate value chain and make it easier for you to concentrate on your core business. At the same time, we offer highly specialized and digital solutions that can be individually integrated into your processes.
Valon employs 90 people in Germany at its locations in Berlin, Cologne, Soest and Munich. We manage assets worth over 4 billion euros with a total rental space of around 2.4 million m².
We advise and support institutional clients as well as asset managers and family offices. In this respect, we are also very familiar with the specific requirements of the respective client segments and offer specifically adapted solutions in asset management and property management.
We also tailor our solutions to the different asset classes. Whether logistics, office or retail, whether core, value-add or opportunistic: we develop a customised real estate concept for you with the aim of ensuring the best quality of support.
