As part of our asset management mandate for Highbrook, we acquired an empty logistics hall with 9,300 sqm of rental space. This was fully let by us three weeks after the transfer. We also carried out a visual upgrade of the property. A conversion to LED lighting was also carried out as part of the implementation of the ESG strategy.

Residential Hamburg

Built in 2022, the residential property in Hamburg comprises 100 rental units. It is a beautiful complex for assisted living for the elderly, with spacious two- and three-bedroom apartments, a club room and a wellness area. All apartments and communal areas are naturally barrier-free and are accessed via several elevators. Valon is responsible for the property management.

Retail Park

Flora-Park Retail Property Management
FLORA-PARK is one of the largest shopping centers in Saxony-Anhalt and distinguishes itself, among other things, by its specialty store character and the versatility of its offering. Around 90 suppliers from the areas of clothing, sports, jewelry, furniture, food, gastronomy, leisure and services are located in the center on a sales area of approx. 66,500 m². Approximately 2,700 ground-level parking spaces are available to visitors free of charge. Valon is in charge of the commercial and technical property management. In addition, Valon is responsible for the center management as well as the construction project management. The FM tender was also managed by Valon.

Office Berlin

Office Berlin Property Management
The seven-story office property was built in 2012 and has a rental area of approximately 10,000 m². The modern office building is fully leased to one of the world’s largest soft drinks suppliers, which relocated its German headquarters to the Spree River when it moved into the space. The property at the highly sought-after Mediaspree location is characterized by a transparent and light construction that provides the tenant with a broad panoramic view of the Spree. The sustainable construction and efficient technology achieved LEED Gold certification. Valon is responsible for commercial and technical property management as well as construction project management.
