The seven-story office property was built in 2012 and has a rental area of approximately 10,000 m². The modern office building is fully leased to one of the world’s largest soft drinks suppliers, which relocated its German headquarters to the Spree River when it moved into the space. The property at the highly sought-after Mediaspree location is characterized by a transparent and light construction that provides the tenant with a broad panoramic view of the Spree. The sustainable construction and efficient technology achieved LEED Gold certification. Valon is responsible for commercial and technical property management as well as construction project management.
FLORA-PARK is one of the largest shopping centers in Saxony-Anhalt and distinguishes itself, among other things, by its specialty store character and the versatility of its offering. Around 90 suppliers from the areas of clothing, sports, jewelry, furniture, food, gastronomy, leisure and services are located in the center on a sales area of approx. 66,500 m². Approximately 2,700 ground-level parking spaces are available to visitors free of charge. Valon is in charge of the commercial and technical property management. In addition, Valon is responsible for the center management as well as the construction project management. The FM tender was also managed by Valon.
The logistics center in Meerane was built in 2008 and has 27,300 m² of rental space, of which 25,100 m² is warehousing and 2,200 m² is office space. The sole main tenant of the modern logistics center is a globally operating logistics company. Valon ensured the operator responsibility, supervised the technical and commercial property management and supported the sales process.
The property in Hamburg, built in 1994, offers its tenant over 10,000 m² of rental space. Valon is responsible for property management, construction project management and asset management. As part of the asset management mandate, a cost-effective refinancing was implemented for the property, among other things. Furthermore, Valon has implemented capex measures and plans to implement sustainability criteria together with the tenant in the future.
