Valon has leased approx. 9,300 sqm on a long-term basis to a leading packaging service provider in the logistics property Rudolf-Diesel-Strasse 4 in Alzey. The tenant is an innovative solution provider for sustainable transport and sales packaging. The property will be used as a warehouse and logistics location.
Valon acquired the property in Alzey vacant for the urban logistics platform of investment manager HighBrook Investors. The property is conveniently located in the immediate vicinity of the A 61 freeway and the junction with the A 63 freeway, linking the Rhine-Main and Rhine-Neckar conurbations. Due to the quick leasing success, full occupancy was achieved immediately after acquisition without any vacancy period. The property is to be further developed technically as well as sustainably, especially with a focus on ESG. Valon was supported by Logivest in the leasing process.
