Predium Technology GmbH, one of the technological leaders in ESG management and ESG action planning for the real estate industry, is now working for VALON Group GmbH. This was announced by both companies now. Together with Predium, VALON aims to ensure holistic and transparent ESG management within the scope of its ESG mandates. The company, which has offices in Berlin, Cologne, Soest and Munich, manages assets worth more than €3.5 billion with around 1.6 million sqm of rental space across Germany.
Predium Action Engine: Achieving ESG goals faster and more cost-effectively
VALON uses Predium’s ESG Cockpit to get an overview of the ESG performance of its properties. With the Predium Action Engine, VALON can see at the push of a button which modernization measures, when and for which properties should best be carried out in order to optimize the profitability of the respective asset and the overall portfolio. The Predium Action Engine also takes into account upcoming legislative changes, costs and funding opportunities for refurbishment measures. Data from the ESG cockpit and automated climate roadmaps flows directly into the reporting.
