Valon will take over the commercial and technical property management for 21 logistics properties of Dream Industrial REIT in Germany as of 01.04.2023. The properties, which are spread across Germany, house over 40 tenants in convenient locations with direct motorway access. In addition to property management, Valon will also be responsible for project management of maintenance measures. Valon had already been supporting Dream with the management of four properties since the end of 2021. In the course of the mandate extension, Valon will build up an exclusive client team for Dream and thus ensure the greatest possible proximity to the client. Together with Dream, the requirements are thus to be optimally implemented and the underlying processes optimised and further developed with maximum focus. With the acquisition of the portfolio, Valon can expand its share of managed logistics space to almost 40% of the total managed space.
