• Valon manages 14 properties totaling approximately 110,000 m²
• A dedicated department for operator responsibility serves as a unique selling point
Soest, June 9, 2026 – As of May 1, 2026, Valon has taken over property management for a portfolio belonging to the Reality Group. The 13 properties comprise a total of approximately 110,000 m² of leasable space and are distributed throughout Germany:
The properties are located in Berlin, Potsdam, Düsseldorf, Krefeld, Göttingen, Magdeburg, Dresden, and Rostock. More than 160 tenants occupy the properties. These are predominantly retail spaces with a focus on neighborhood grocery stores, as well as office spaces used, among others, by public administration.
As part of taking on the mandate, Valon will assign an exclusive client team to Reality, thereby ensuring tailored support with dedicated contacts and a deep understanding of the portfolio’s requirements.
The Reality Group is Israel’s largest private real estate fund provider and manages investment portfolios with a volume of over $4.9 billion. In Germany, Reality invests specifically in stable, high-yield real estate.
For Reality, the long-term preservation of value is a top priority. A key factor in the decision to choose Valon was therefore its strong technical expertise. In addition to its expertise in managing capex measures and tenant fit-outs, the deciding factor was Valon’s specialized department dedicated to operator obligations. Valon uses an app to track all technical installations and documents maintenance and inspection cycles entirely digitally — regardless of the facility management provider. This allows Valon to ensure compliance with operator obligations even when no facility management is present on-site.
Oliver Oser, Managing Director of Valon, comments: “We are very pleased that by taking on this mandate, we are not only able to demonstrate our technical expertise but also confirm the trust of such a renowned international investor in our digital property management processes.”
Alon Okon, Managing Director of Reality Germany, adds: “With Valon, we have gained a partner that combines technical depth with digital efficiency. It is precisely the consistent management of operator responsibilities that gives us the security we need for the long-term value growth of our portfolio.”
By taking on this account, Valon continues its growth trajectory as a leading provider of high-quality real estate services. The company’s workforce has grown to 117.
