As of 01.09.2022, Valon has taken over the commercial and technical property management for six mixed-use commercial properties that were sold as the Sixpack Portfolio a few months ago. The properties are located in the Berlin districts of Kreuzberg, Schöneberg, Neukölln and Reinickendorf. The properties, which are mainly used as office and logistics space, house 138 tenants with a total of almost 34,000 m² of rental space. Extensive value enhancement measures are to be carried out on the properties in the coming years.
